Team Lead, Digital Sales Enablement
As the Team Lead, Digital Sales Enablement, you will lead a team of Insurance Advisors in supporting the new business generated by our Digital Sales Team. We will also train you to oversee the routing and analysis of inbound digital leads, ensuring timely and effective distribution to the Digital Account Executives. This is a remote position.
Here is what a typical day looks like
Lead and develop a high-performing team of 5-7 Digital Insurance Advisors to provide servicing support to the Sales Team.
Manage and optimize digital lead routing systems to ensure timely and effective distribution to Account Executives.
Oversee online sales funnels across multiple product lines, driving conversion from digital visitors to long-term customers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline processes, identify gaps, and improve customer handoffs.
Analyze performance data to identify gaps, set metrics, and support strategic planning and reporting.
The value you bring
Level 2 Insurance License and/or RIBO License required.
2+ years of insurance industry experience.
Post-secondary degree in Business Administration or related field an asset.
Leadership Experience an asset.
Proven experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent - 37.5 hours / week
Location: Remote in Canada
Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000
