Role Designation: Hybrid 2-3 days in Office

Accountabilities / Responsibilities
  • Networking for new sales leads and being a trusted advisor in the community to build relationships for future sales
  • Thoroughly understanding customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs to provide them with a comprehensive insurance policy to protect what is important to them
  • Educating and advising customers about Allstate\xe2\x80\x99s suite of insurance products \xe2\x80\x93 auto, property, third party
  • Participating in valuable business and community events to build your own lead pipeline
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Passionate about sales with a proven track record of building your own lead pipelines
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience
  • Highly motivated, target driven and believes in delivering on quality to our customers
  • Excellent at generating new customer pipelines and experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Proven relationship management and communication skills
  • Previous experience working in a team environment
  • Experience in the insurance industry is an asset
