Insurance Sales Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member What is in it for you:

• Full Time- 35 hours a week, Permanent, In Office
• Base Salary + Commission & Bonuses -$40,800 per year ( $3,400 per month) plus unlimited earning potential on commissions and bonuses
• Paid training and reimbursement for licensing fees for OTL & LLQP available

Insurance industry experience an asset 2. Sales experience preferred, Outside sales or inside sales, retail sales 3. Looking to build your career 4. Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas 5. Excellent communication skills-written, verbal and listening skills 6. Agent or Broker Property & Casualty license is an asset (OTL or RIBO) (Must be obtained in the first month of employment) Please note that this is not a remote position. Chosen candidates are required to work from the office. Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Saturdays are by appointment only. Experience:

• Sales: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Life License (LLQP) (preferred)
• Agent or Broker Property & Casualty License (OTL or RIBO) (preferred)
