Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Networking for new sales leads and being a trusted advisor in the community to build relationships for future sales
Thoroughly understanding customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs to provide them with a comprehensive insurance policy to protect what is important to them
Educating and advising customers about Allstate\xe2\x80\x99s suite of insurance products \xe2\x80\x93 auto, property, third party
Participating in valuable business and community events to build your own lead pipeline
Requirements / Qualifications
Passionate about sales with a proven track record of building your own lead pipelines
A minimum of 2 years of sales experience
Highly motivated, target driven and believes in delivering on quality to our customers
Excellent at generating new customer pipelines and experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Proven relationship management and communication skills
Previous experience working in a team environment
Experience in the insurance industry is an asset
