DiVincenzo Volaric LLP

is a "new old firm", with roots in the Hamilton legal community going back many generations. We are a litigation boutique firm, specializing in Insurance Law.

The position would be suitable for a qualified law clerk who has a strong desire to work in a responsible position at a successful litigation firm. Experience with Accident Benefits and Personal Injury Claims would be an asset but are not required.

The candidate must be capable of working independently, able to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete tasks on schedule. He/She must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing and summarizing medical records, and preparing pleadings, and other legal documents.
