Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Duties



Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention. Negotiate terms and conditions when necessary to resolve conflicts or concerns. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the sales administration system. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer service quality. Assist in outside sales efforts by identifying potential leads and providing product information. Stay informed about market trends and product offerings to better serve customers.

Skills



Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. Experience in retail sales or insurance sales is preferred but not required. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse customers. Proficient in analyzing customer data to identify trends and improve service delivery. Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive relationship with customers. Familiarity with sales administration processes is advantageous. A proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent organizational skills. Familiyarity with Applied and Epic and portal insurance companies .

Pay: $37,716.07-$56,812.31 per year
