We are looking for a skilled and motivated Property & Casualty Insurance Broker to join our team in Calgary. This role offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with office presence.

As a Property & Casualty Insurance Broker at Insureline Platinum, you will be essential in growing your book of business through outstanding customer service and relationship building. You will assess clients' needs, offer tailored insurance solutions, and manage client relationships with professionalism. Be your own boss while being a leader in providing one of the essential services to your community. Being our Commission Producer allows you to grow yourself and your book of business in a rewarding and relatively stable industry with our support. Earn high commissions on both New Business AND Renewals, plus a great equity incentive at retirement! Proficiency in Applied Rater and EPIC is preferred. Strong multi-tasking skills are required to handle various responsibilities efficiently. A Level 1 or Level 2 insurance license is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and analyze clients' insurance needs to provide customized property and casualty solutions. Grow your book of business through exceptional customer service and proactive relationship building. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and industry partners. Prepare and present detailed insurance proposals and quotations. Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processing. Utilize Applied Rater and EPIC to manage client data, generate quotes, and streamline insurance processes. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products. Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively to meet and exceed sales targets. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and Insureline Platinum's policies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an insurance broker specializing in property and casualty insurance. Strong knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements. In-depth working knowledge of Applied Rater and EPIC is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously. Level 1 or Level 2 insurance license is required.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
