With strong ties to industry, a collaborative campus culture, and a commitment to applied learning, Lloydminster is the perfect place to grow your career while helping students shape theirs. Here, you'll be part of a progressive, supportive team that values community, creativity, and forward-thinking leadership.

Your real-world spa and clinical experience will help students build confidence, master hands-on skills, and prepare for successful careers in the esthetics industry.

Knowledge in advance esthetic treatments, such as microneedling, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, IPL/YEG laser therapies, and chemical peels would be an asset.

Education:

Graduation from a recognized Esthetics program is required; additional training in adult education or instructional methods is considered a strong asset.

Communication & Teaching Skills:

Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Professionalism & Integrity:

A commitment to upholding high ethical standards and modeling professionalism, respect, and integrity in all aspects of instruction and student interaction.

Keys to Your Success

------------------------

Your experience as an Esthetician has given you more than technical skills -- it's given you the empathy, confidence, and insight to guide others entering the profession. With a strong foundation in advanced esthetic procedures and a passion for client care, you're ready to transition your expertise into the classroom.

Your success will come from your ability to create a safe, supportive, and hands-on learning environment -- one where students feel empowered to grow, ask questions, and build confidence in their skills.
