Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Spray Foam Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing spray foam insulation in residential and commercial settings. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and be part of a team. The Spray Foam Installer will ensure that all foam meet industry standards and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Read and interpret blueprints to determine insulation requirements for various projects. Prepare job sites by cleaning and setting up necessary equipment and materials. Apply spray foam insulation using appropriate techniques and safety measures. Utilize hand tools effectively to perform installation tasks, including cutting and shaping foam as needed. Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment/ equipment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Experience

Previous experience in spray foam installation Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment related to insulation installation is required. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential traits for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:

Quispamsis, NB: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
