Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and experience in assembly, and installation of custom millwork or cabinetry. This role requires proficiency in using hand tools, power tools. The Installer will play a crucial role in ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities

Assemble and install custom millwork according to specifications and blueprints. Operate machinery and tools safely, including forklifts and other equipment. Install products at customer sites or within the warehouse as required. Conduct quality checks on completed installations to ensure compliance with company standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve installation processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process and provide solutions as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience of at least 3 years in custom millwork assembly is required. Strong knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical documents. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to travel to other provinces when needed for projects. Valid (full G) driver's license. AZ license is advantage. Experience installing kitchen appliances is advantage. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
