Job Description

Our team is looking for a senior Custom Millwork Shop Foreman to lead our talented manufacturing team.

As a Custom Millwork Shop Foreman, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in millwork, leadership abilities, and dedication to craftsmanship will be essential in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of skilled millworkers, ensuring a productive and positive work environment.

- Oversee all stages of millwork projects, from planning and production to preparation for installation, ensuring timelines are met.

- Ensure all products meet high-quality standards through regular inspections and adherence to project specifications.

- Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

- Work closely with designers, and engineers to interpret and execute custom millwork projects.

- Manage materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring optimal usage and minimal waste.

- Address any issues or challenges that arise during production, implementing effective solutions promptly.

Qualifications:

- Experience in custom millwork or related field of at least 5 years.

- Proven leadership and team management skills.

- Strong understanding of woodworking techniques, tools, and machinery.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a workshop environment.

Our Company has 2 manufacturing facilities and your work location might be required in both of them - Etobicoke and Vaughn.

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
