This position reports to the Production Services Manager.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:
- Schedule installations
- Communicate with customers
- Create and process work orders
- Audit scheduling
- Activate customer accounts
- Communicate with installers
What You Bring:
- Previous customer service or administration experience is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- Ability to work well with minimal supervision
- High level of professionalism
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High level of organization
- Ability to work well as a team player
Working Conditions:
- Ability to work on internal systems for long periods of time
- Ability to remain seated for long periods of time
- Willingness to work overtime as workload requires
