Your future starts here As an Insight Analyst with BioScript Solutions, your skills and contributions will advance specialty health care by analyzing data to support the decision-making process and providing meaningful insights to our partners. In this position, you will look for opportunities to explore new possibilities and unearth knowledge, seek new analytic approaches, explore data, and relish new challenges. This position reports to the Director, Patient Programs & Head of NavieGo Transformation. An ideal candidate will have the ability to work with a diverse range of people across the organization, while spending time understanding contexts and objectives, in addition to communicating insights effectively and advocating for solutions and optimizations while telling the story based on the data! How you will make an impact

  • Analyze data for market trends and patterns and communicate learnings to internal (and external stakeholders (e.g., partners);
  • Partner with Bioscript\'s corporate Data Analytics team to develop procedures for the collection and analysis of quality data to facilitate decision making;
  • Leverage your knowledge of patient programs and workflows to support real-word data (RWD) collection and real-world evidence (RWE) generation for health outcomes and economic impacts;
  • Lead the NavieGo Data Governance Committee in providing recommendations for business decision making that aligns with our strategic initiatives;
  • Provide proactive insights on performance KPIs and timely communication;
  • Effectively communicate with patient programs leadership to address any data gaps and identify reporting enhancement opportunities;
  • Work directly with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand their drivers and opportunities, linking insights based on data to enhance business processes and services;
  • Partner with program teams to find, create, and deliver enhancement and program efficiencies through data insights;
  • Using your experience, derive and present insights from the data to improve overall Patient Journey;
  • Analyze data input processes to optimize data validity/integrity and issue resolution.
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring to our team
  • 5+ years of experience in a Insight Analyst or equivalent role;
  • Experience within pharmaceutical and/or patient support programs and an understanding of how data is used within these industries is a strong asset. This experience must be clearly detailed on your application;
  • Computer science or data focused background would be an asset;
  • Knowledge of data visualization with PowerBI dashboards or equivalent tools (e.g., Advanced Excel functions);
  • Strong business planning, analytical, and conceptual skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions;
  • Business acumen related to Health Sciences or Patient Support Program is a strong asset;
  • Experience in an external/client facing role;
  • Enhanced problem solving and critical thinking skills;
  • Strong collaboration skills;
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients; and lead presentations.
