Role Purpose:
Drive sales efficiency, maintain customer satisfaction, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets and business objectives primarily of general freight.
Key Accountabilities:
Collaborate closely with the internal sales team to provide comprehensive support and assistance.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Review RFQ's and prepare accurate quotes and sales documents as needed.
Provide end-to-end sales support to customers, ensuring their needs are met from initial contact to post-sales follow-up.
Create customer orders and purchase orders in our system, liaising with manufacturing, shipping, and third parties as required.
Assist in managing third-party yards, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate shipping logistics.
Process customer payments, provide receipts, and act as a liaison between the Finance team and customers.
Maintain accurate project tracking documentation and generate pending sales reports as needed.
Support the achievement of product sales revenue targets and margin targets by collaborating with the sales team and providing regular updates for sales forecasts.
Act as a strong advocate for customers within the organization, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed promptly.
Assist with internal training initiatives, participate in trade shows, and contribute to creating marketing materials as required.
Stay informed about competitors' strategies to help our company maintain a competitive advantage in the market.
2+ years previous insides sales experience preferred.
Experience Cold Calling
Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project)
Experience in order taking within a fast-paced environment.
Excellent multi-tasker, detail oriented and works well under pressure.
Motivated self-starter and effective team player.
Passport required for cross border sales
Work Environment:
Remote work environment with the expectation of 2 days in office
Working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday but can vary as required.
Fast paced with tight deadlines.
Regular work schedule based on 40 hour work week.
On-call duties/after-hours support
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn as per company and client policies

Pay: $48,914.53-$80,834.52 per year
