Vous veillerez a laEUR(TM)encadrement et au perfectionnement constants des conseillers internes a la vente pour maintenir un haut niveau daEUR(TM)engagement et de competence, grace a des activites de gestion des ventes bien ciblees. Vous assurerez la realisation des objectifs de vente de laEUR(TM)equipe et le bon deroulement des activites connexes, dans le but daEUR(TM)offrir une experience client superieure, de fideliser les clients, de realiser une croissance rentable et daEUR(TM)augmenter la productivite, en offrant un niveau superieur daEUR(TM)accompagnement, de leadership et de perfectionnement des employes afin daEUR(TM)atteindre les objectifs de vente regionaux.

Quelles seront vos taches ?

  • Accompagner et diriger laEUR(TM)equipe et offrir des commentaires opportuns et pertinents afin daEUR(TM)assurer des normes elevees en matiare daEUR(TM)approche client et daEUR(TM)experience client et en adoptant une approche proactive pour saisir les occasions de vente.
  • Assurer un haut niveau daEUR(TM)engagement et de competence des employes, grace a des activites de gestion des services et des ventes bien ciblees et a des entretiens reguliers daEUR(TM)etablissement des objectifs et de gestion du rendement.
  • Assumer de faaon proactive la fonction de chef de projet au bureau et a laEUR(TM)echelle nationale, appuyer la mise en A"uvre daEUR(TM)objectifs strategiques, gerer le flux de travail, etc.
  • a?tablir des relations avec le personnel de tous les bureaux regionaux, les conseillers, les partenaires du siage social et des tiers. Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les partenaires internes en vue daEUR(TM)offrir un service harmonieux (contrats, service clientale, tarification, facturation, etc.).

  • Assurer la liaison avec laEUR(TM)equipe de direction sur les questions touchant nos distributeurs et partenaires.
  • SaEUR(TM)assurer que les conseillers internes a la vente etablissent de solides relations avec les conseillers a la vente ou les premiers conseillers a la vente, en tirant profit de nos capacites en matiare de planification et de conseils en assurance, de faaon a atteindre les objectifs de developpement des affaires et de croissance des revenus.
  • Developper au sein de laEUR(TM)equipe une culture de vente proactive.
Que vous faut-il pour reussir ?

Competences essentielles
  • Diplame universitaire ou formation equivalente
  • Permis de vente daEUR(TM)assurance vie et daEUR(TM)assurance contre les accidents et la maladie
  • Connaissances techniques avancees des gammes de produits daEUR(TM)assurance vie, prestations du vivant et patrimoine
  • Experience en matiare de leadership, de gestion de personnes et de gestion des ventes
  • Maatrise de laEUR(TM)anglais et du franaais
Competences souhaitees
  • Titres de CHS, AVA et CFP
  • Solide connaissance de laEUR(TM)entreprise et sens aigu des affaires

As the Inside Wholesaler, Sales Manager, you will contribute to regional sales goals through the recruitment, selection, retention and development of a highly productive team of Inside Wholesalers. You will provide ongoing coaching and development of Inside Wholesalers to ensure a high level of employee capability and engagement through focused sales management routines. You will lead team sales objectives and related activities to achieve superior client experience, optimal business retention, profitable growth and productivity by providing superior coaching, leadership and development of employees in order to achieve regional sales targets.

What will you do?
  • Coach/lead the team and provide meaningful and timely feedback to ensure consistent high standard of client care and experience and proactive approach to identify sales opportunities.
  • Ensure a high level of employee engagement and capability through focused service and sales management routines and regular career goal and performance management discussions.
  • Take a proactive leadership role within the office and nationally on projects, supporting implementation of strategic goals, managing workflow etc.
  • Build and establish relationships with all regional office staff, advisors, head office partners, and 3rd party relationships. Work closely with internal partners to provide seamless service (Contracts, Client Services, Underwriting, Billing, etc).

  • Liaise with the leadership team on issues affecting our distributors and partners
  • Ensure Inside Wholesalers build strong relationships with Sales Consultants/Senior Sales ConsultantaEUR(TM)s, leveraging insurance planning and advice capabilities to achieve business growth goals and revenue plans.
  • Drive a proactive sales culture across team
What do you need to succeed?

Must-have
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Life/A&S License
  • Strong technical knowledge of Life, Living Benefits and Wealth product lines
  • Leadership, people management and sales management experience
  • Must be fluently bilingual in both English and French

  • CHS, CLU and CFP Designations
  • Strong organizational awareness and business acumen
