KAR Industrial is recognized as a leading supplier of machine tool accessories, cutting tools and manufacturing related supplies in the Metal Working Industry. Over 60 years as a master distributor in the industrial market throughout Canada. KAR offers over 30,000 quality SKUs housed in three strategically located warehouses across the country. We are currently seeking a bilingual Inside Sales Representative for our Quebec location. The successful candidate will possess the skills to provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional Customer Service to our group of Industrial Distributors. Interact, respond and follow up with customers on a daily basis, responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. Sell a diversified line of products via phone, fax, and email. Processing customer orders through the computer system, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery. Support our distribution partners with service, pricing, delivery and inventory inquiries. Maintain a well-rounded knowledge of products sold. Review open orders and backorders on a daily basis. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years previous Inside Sales experience is required. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and personal commitment to get the job done. Team-player and an ability to work independently in a fast paced environment. Demonstrated focus on the customer with exceptional service. Knowledge of industrial products is preferred. Strong communication skills, ability to convey message in an organized, clear and effective manner. Strong organizational and computer skills. Compensation: Competitive Salary

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
