We currently serve the market by way of our head office in Guelph, and our branch offices located in Woodbridge and Windsor.

Our customers are involved in a number of segments of the metalworking industry including Mold Manufacturing, Tool and Die, Automotive Components, Aerospace Components, OEM Manufacturers, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, and General Machining. We have the following position available immediately in our Guelph head office:

Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities include:

Order processing Customer Service including quoting & recommending tooling solutions Supporting our Outside Sales Team Outcalls to small and medium size customers Light warehouse duties as required
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Cutting tool knowledge and/or experience in a machining environment, however we would be willing to train the right candidate! Experience in an inside sales environment Minimum grade 12 education (technical college diploma or higher preferred) Excellent communication skills Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, & Excel. Effective time management and good organizational skills Energetic, motivated, and must be able to multi-task
