Inside Sales Sr. Strategic Account Rep
Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, engage, and close new high-potential advertising partners through outbound prospecting, including phone, E-Mail, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Develop and execute customized multi-channel, high-impact outreach strategies based on business goals, seasonal opportunities, and market or industry insights.
  • Conduct compelling discovery and strategy conversations with senior-level decision-makers to understand unique business needs, demonstrate value, and propose tailored solutions that drive measurable advertiser outcomes.
  • Build rapport with prospects, nurture relationships through touchpoints, and own conversations from initial outreach to close, ensuring an exceptional prospective client experience.
  • Employ expert listening and consultative negotiation to address advertiser challenges, skillfully overcome objections, and secure buy-in, adapting communication style as needed for various audiences.
  • Consistently achieve and strive to exceed individual and team KPIs related to pipeline generation, number of outreach activities, call bookings, qualification metrics, and revenue targets, contributing to overall business growth and team initiatives.
  • Analyze business data, industry best practices, competitor activity, and advertising trends to effectively communicate value propositions, represent the organization in the market, and draw actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage a dynamic pipeline of prospective partners, ensuring every lead, interaction, and movement through stages is meticulously tracked, updated, and followed up on.
  • Partner with internal teams and leadership to maintain alignment on sales strategies, bridge operational gaps, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
This is a hybrid role.

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 of experience in sales, outbound sales or new business development
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with CRM tools (such as Salesforce) to manage leads, pipeline, and sales activities efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in advertising sales, digital marketing agency, ad tech, or SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex solutions into clear value propositions.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities, follow up consistently, and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital media buying, advertising KPIs, and the media agency and advertiser landscape.
  • Analytical and insight-driven, comfortable using data and reporting to optimize outreach and refine sales approaches.
  • Collaborative team player, invested in collective goals and supporting colleagues to achieve shared success.
  • Proficient with Office Suite and G-Suite collaboration tools for seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Bachelor's degree.
