As an Inside sales specialist, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our client base. Your mission will be to promote our products and services while delivering exceptional customer service and representing the company with professionalism.

INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST

Reporting to the Customer Service and Continuous Improvement Manager, the Inside sales specialist will be responsible for promoting our products and services while building strong relationships with clients and contractors. The successful candidate will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service and represent the company with professionalism.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients; Present the benefits and uses of our products or services to clients; Evaluate pricing, credit or contract terms, and delivery schedules; Provide after-sales service as well as support following customer loss; Analyze and propose fixed pricing options when relevant; Review sales contracts and prepare related documentation; Evaluate the profitability of each sale; Collaborate with sales representatives, the service department, and customer service specialists; Ensure data accuracy in the computerized system; Develop and analyze customer service and profitability reports; Engage with customers who are dissatisfied or considering switching suppliers; Work to retain accounts by offering solutions and demonstrating value; Analyze territory potential and monitor reports and business situations; Manage client relationships, resolve issues, and optimize their experience with our company; Support continuous improvement and team sales goals.
REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma; College diploma in sales, business administration, or any related field (or a combination of education and experience) Sales experience an asset, or a strong interest in learning Strong customer service skills Excellent communication and listening skills Strong problem-solving ability and calm under pressure Experience dealing with difficult or frustrated customers Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities; Ability to maintain existing client relationships via phone and email; Ability to design and present solutions tailored to client needs; Experience in face-to-face client meetings to build long-term relationships; Fluency in both French and English; Knowledge of Salesforce and Petro Plus systems (an asset)

SPECIALISTE EN VENTES INTERNES

Relevant du Gestionnaire service client et amelioration continue, le Specialiste en ventes internes sera charge de promouvoir nos produits et services tout en etablissant des relations solides avec les clients et les entrepreneurs. Le titulaire du poste devra egalement offrir un service a la clientele exceptionnel et representer l'entreprise avec professionnalisme.

RESPONSABILITES

Developper et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients ; Presenter les avantages et les utilisations de nos produits ou services aux clients ; Evaluer les prix, les conditions de credit ou de contrat, ainsi que les calendriers de livraison; Assurer le service apres-vente ainsi que le soutien en cas de perte de client ; Analyser et proposer des options de tarification fixe lorsque cela est pertinent ; Examiner les contrats de vente et preparer la documentation connexe ; Evaluer la rentabilite de chaque vente ; Collaborer avec les representants des ventes, le service technique et les specialistes du service a la clientele ; Assurer l'exactitude des donnees dans le systeme informatise ; Developper et analyser les rapports sur le service a la clientele et la rentabilite ; Interagir avec les clients insatisfaits ou envisageant de changer de fournisseur ; Travailler a la retention des comptes en proposant des solutions et en demontrant notre valeur ; Analyser le potentiel du territoire et surveiller les rapports et les situations commerciales ; Gerer les relations clients, resoudre les problemes et optimiser leur experience avec notre entreprise ; Soutenir l'amelioration continue et les objectifs de vente de l'equipe.
EXIGENCES REQUISES

Diplome d'etudes secondaires ; Diplome collegial en administration des affaires ou tout autre domaine connexe (ou une combinaison equivalente de formation et d'experience) ; Experience en vente un atout, ou un fort interet a apprendre ; Excellentes competences en service a la clientele ; Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en ecoute ; Grande capacite a resoudre des problemes et a garder son calme sous pression ; Experience avec une clientele difficile ou frustree ; Approche centree sur le client et axee sur les solutions ; Solides competences analytiques et en resolution de problemes ; Capacite a entretenir les relations avec les clients existants par telephone et courriel ; Capacite a concevoir et presenter des solutions adaptees aux besoins des clients ; Experience en rencontres clients en personne pour batir des relations a long terme ; Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais ; Connaissance des systemes Salesforce et Petro Plus (un atout).
