Job Description

En tant que representant des ventes internes, vous interagirez avec des clients existants afin d'augmenter les ventes des produits et/ou services de l'entreprise. Vous serez responsable d'obtenir, de creer et de bonifier les commandes, tout en assurant la satisfaction du client et en ajoutant de la valeur a son experience d'achat. Vous mettrez l'accent sur des techniques de vente proactives afin de developper de nouvelles affaires ou d'elargir le portefeuille de comptes existants. Vous collaborerez avec l'equipe des ventes externes afin d'atteindre les objectifs fixes.


Responsabilites :

Obtenir des commandes par courriel et par telephone, verifier et saisir les articles, transferer les commandes a la logistique, expliquer les ruptures de stock et les dates de livraison prevues. Augmenter les commandes en suggerant des articles connexes, en expliquant leurs caracteristiques et en verifiant l'historique d'achats du client. Prendre en charge, qualifier et developper les opportunites transmises par le marketing, les ventes externes et les comptes nationaux. Identifier des moyens d'ameliorer continuellement les processus. Preparer, generer et assurer le suivi des devis verbaux ou ecrits afin d'obtenir des commandes ou de determiner les raisons d'une perte de commande. Examiner les rapports de commandes clients en cours et prendre les mesures necessaires concernant les articles ouverts, notamment ceux susceptibles de ne pas respecter les delais de livraison promis. Gerer les rapports de ruptures dans le systeme de distribution, les rapports d'expedition associes, ainsi que les notifications clients. Transmettre a la direction les tendances du secteur, les prix concurrentiels et les commentaires des clients.

Qualifications :

Diplome d'etudes secondaires requis ; baccalaureat prefere. Connaissances et experience dans les ventes et l'administration des ventes (2 a 4 ans) ; maitrise en developpement. Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office et des competences informatiques de base. Capacite a effectuer plusieurs taches simultanement. Esprit d'equipe et collaboration. Excellentes aptitudes de communication orale et ecrite. Grande attention aux details. Capacite a prospecter et a presenter des concepts de marketing a des comptes existants et potentiels. Aptitude a agir et a resoudre une gamme de problemes pouvant etre difficiles, mais rarement complexes. Capacite a identifier et a definir les problemes ainsi que les solutions possibles de maniere autonome ; capacite a choisir parmi les solutions existantes. Capacite a travailler de maniere autonome avec une supervision generale. Capacite a voyager entre 0 % et 25 %.

As a Representative - Inside Sales, you will interact with existing customers, to increase sales of the Company's products and/or services. You will obtain, create, and up-sell orders, creating customer satisfaction and adding value to the customer's buying experience. You will focus on proactive selling techniques to add business or expand current book of accounts. You will collaborate with outside sales to ensure goals are being met.


Responsibilities:



Obtains orders through email and telephone calls, verifies and enters items, transfers orders to fulfillment, explains stock-outs and expected delivery dates. Increases orders by suggesting related items, explaining features, and checks customer's buying history. Owns, qualifies and develops opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts. Identifies ways for continuous improvement of processes. Prepares, generates, and follows up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders, or determine reason for loss of order. Reviews open customer order reports and takes action on open items, including those items that may be at risk in meeting customer's promised delivery date. Maintains distribution system backorder report, associated customer expediting report and notices, and customer notification. Reports industry trends, competitive pricing and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications:



High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelors' degree preferred Requires knowledge and experience in sales and sales administration; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills, however fully competent and productive professional contributor (2-4 years) Familiar with Microsoft Office, and ability to perform basic computer skills Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously Working in team environment Communicate clearly, both verbally and in written form Attention to detail Ability to prospect and market concepts to existing and potentially new accounts Take action and solve a range of problems that may be difficult but are not typically complex Identify and define problems and possible solutions independently; chooses among existing solutions Ability to work independently with general supervision Ability to travel 0% - 25%

Compensation Details $26.73 - $31.00 Per Hour

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.



For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of the total compensation package.
