En tant que Representant des ventes interne,

vous interagirez avec des clients existants afin d'augmenter les ventes des produits et/ou services de l'entreprise. Vous serez responsable de l'obtention, de la creation et de la vente additionnelle de commandes, en assurant la satisfaction client et en ajoutant de la valeur a leur experience d'achat. Vous vous concentrerez sur des techniques de vente proactives afin de developper les affaires ou d'elargir votre portefeuille de comptes clients. Vous collaborerez avec les equipes commerciales externes pour atteindre les objectifs fixes.


Responsabilites :



Obtenir les commandes par email et par telephone, verifier et saisir les articles, transferer les commandes vers le service de traitement, expliquer les ruptures de stock et les delais de livraison prevus. Augmenter le volume des commandes en suggerant des articles associes, en expliquant les fonctionnalites et en consultant l'historique d'achat du client. Prendre en charge, qualifier et developper les opportunites transmises par le marketing, les commerciaux terrain et les comptes nationaux. Identifier des pistes d'amelioration continue des processus. Preparer, generer et assurer le suivi des devis (verbaux ou ecrits) pour securiser les commandes ou comprendre les raisons d'une commande non conclue. Examiner les rapports de commandes clients en cours et prendre des mesures concernant les elements en suspens, notamment ceux susceptibles de ne pas respecter les delais de livraison promis. Maintenir le rapport des articles en attente du systeme de distribution, les rapports de relance clients associes et les notifications clients. Faire remonter a la direction les tendances du marche, les prix de la concurrence et les retours des clients.

Qualifications :



Diplome de fin d'etudes secondaires requis ; un diplome universitaire est souhaite. Experience et connaissances dans la vente et l'administration des ventes requises ; en cours d'acquisition de competences avancees, mais professionnel pleinement competent et productif (2 a 4 ans d'experience). Maitrise de Microsoft Office et competences de base en informatique. Capacite a gerer plusieurs taches simultanement. Travail en equipe. Capacite a communiquer clairement, a l'oral comme a l'ecrit. Sens du detail. Capacite a prospecter et promouvoir des concepts aupres de comptes existants ou potentiels. Capacite a prendre des initiatives et a resoudre des problemes varies, parfois complexes. Capacite a identifier et definir les problemes et solutions possibles de maniere autonome ; faire un choix parmi des solutions existantes. Capacite a travailler de maniere autonome sous supervision generale. Disponibilite a voyager entre 0 % et 25 % du temps.
As a Representative - Inside Sales, you will interact with existing customers, to increase sales of the Company's products and/or services. You will obtain, create, and up-sell orders, creating customer satisfaction and adding value to the customer's buying experience. You will focus on proactive selling techniques to add business or expand current book of accounts. You will collaborate with outside sales to ensure goals are being met.


Responsibilities:



Obtains orders through email and telephone calls, verifies and enters items, transfers orders to fulfillment, explains stock-outs and expected delivery dates. Increases orders by suggesting related items, explaining features, and checks customer's buying history. Owns, qualifies and develops opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts. Identifies ways for continuous improvement of processes. Prepares, generates, and follows up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders, or determine reason for loss of order. Reviews open customer order reports and takes action on open items, including those items that may be at risk in meeting customer's promised delivery date. Maintains distribution system backorder report, associated customer expediting report and notices, and customer notification. Reports industry trends, competitive pricing and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications:



High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelors' degree preferred Requires knowledge and experience in sales and sales administration; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills, however fully competent and productive professional contributor (2-4 years) Familiar with Microsoft Office, and ability to perform basic computer skills Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously Working in team environment Communicate clearly, both verbally and in written form Attention to detail Ability to prospect and market concepts to existing and potentially new accounts Take action and solve a range of problems that may be difficult but are not typically complex Identify and define problems and possible solutions independently; chooses among existing solutions Ability to work independently with general supervision Ability to travel 0% - 25%

Compensation Details $26.73 - $33.41 Per Hour

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.



For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of the total compensation package.
