Join our Inside Sales Team! Now hiring a remote, Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist to join our wonderful Team. Note: This role is being offered as remote (with a few in-office meetings throughout the year). What it\xe2\x80\x99s all about: As a Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist, you are passionate about the hearing healthcare of our clients. You are sales-minded, with the ability to discuss product promotions and hearing care appointment options with a wide variety of clients. There is no cold calling required in this role, so we expect our Inside Sales Specialists to utilize new and existing leads to grow our client base. What\xe2\x80\x99s in it for you?

What you will do:
  • Support sales targets by contacting prospective clients to book an appointment with a hearing care professional in one of our many clinics across Canada
  • Identify client needs and new sales opportunities, introduce promotions, and book hearing care appointments. Answer and resolve client questions and concerns
  • Meet and exceed daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and overall targets while ensuring each interaction is consistent with HearCANADA\xe2\x80\x99s standards
  • Participate in daily/weekly team meetings for training and to share feedback and practice sales skills
  • Maintain a high-volume calling plan and update all pertinent client information in appointment system (CRM)
  • Communicate and work effectively with clinic teams to maximize booking schedules
  • Other duties as assigned
What we are looking for:
  • 1+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in inside sales. Health industry considered an asset!
  • Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken
  • Able to lead the conversation to obtain client bookings. Excellent phone etiquette, especially with a high degree of patience and empathy when communicating with clients on the telephone who have hearing loss
  • Comfortable handling objections and working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
  • Highly motivated and goal-driven to exceed KPIs
  • Prior experience with CRM systems, and willing to learn new software and tools
  • Strong integrity, professionalism, and work ethic
  • Ability to work independently

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and MS Office suite
  • Flexibility to work 5 days per week Monday-Saturday, flexible shifts
