Job Overview
An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a driven Inside Sales Specialist to find potential customers, generate leads, and arrange targeted introductory calls, demos, and trials.

Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this role is to focus on qualifying leads generated from marketing campaigns, making outbound calls with the objective of booking product demonstrations, and closing businesses for our data RWS TP solutions. This contributes directly to top line revenue growth and aims to enhance prospective relationships and increase the volume of quality customer touch points.

  • Sourcing relevant companies
  • Calling new business prospects
  • Qualifying leads, entering them in CRM (SalesForce.com), and following their evolution and mange KPI reports
  • Interacting with customers gaining a comprehensive understanding of their business, challenges, and strategy to become partner of choice
  • Developing a network of key contacts across clients at all levels
  • Continually developing knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical and consumer health industry, IQVIA, offerings, and that of nominated client base
  • Attending conference events where relevant
  • Initiating and answering inbound/outbound sales calls or electronic inquiries directly from/to prospective/existing clients
  • May be involved in order fulfillment, post-sales, or administrative related activities
  • Responsible and accountable for the achievement of sales versus assigned quota
  • Has very limited authority/opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms
  • Relying on manager to provide planning and manage resources
  • Resolving routine issues
  • Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
Requirements
  • Must have Salesforce experience or similar CRM experience
  • Perfectly fluent in written and spoken English
  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in the health industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a client-orientated environment/or previous sales experience
  • Persuasive and customized email writing
  • Ambition, drive, and confidence are key
  • To work in an organized and timely fashion often to meet deadlines
