Summary

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Shippam & Associates. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and enhancing customer relationships. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to provide top-notch promotional products and corporate merchandise.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage accounts, and report on sales activities.

Requirements

Proven experience in technical sales or business development is essential. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Excellent customer service skills to foster positive client relationships. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are required. Familiarity with telemarketing techniques is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
