Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will assist customers with product selection and order placement while maintaining a deep understanding of our septic product lines and their applications. This role involves hands-on coordination with operations, inventory, and logistics.
Please note:
This position includes a three-month probationary period during which performance, adaptability, and overall fit within the team will be assessed.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice to customers on septic tanks, cisterns, and related precast products
Generate quotes, process orders, and manage customer inquiries by phone, email, and in-person
Operate forklift to move inventory and load/unload customer orders
Maintain accurate records in sales and inventory systems (training provided)
Support inventory management, stock organization, and order tracking
Coordinate closely with production and delivery teams
Participate in product training, safety meetings, and continuous improvement discussions

Qualifications:
Experience in sales or customer service in a construction, septic, or related industry
Working knowledge of septic systems or precast concrete products is an asset
Forklift operation experience (valid certificate preferred or willing to obtain)
Computer literacy and comfort using inventory and order management software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Physically fit and capable of lifting 50 lbs on occasion
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
