We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calling and warm leads, while effectively communicating our product offerings to potential clients. This role requires strong negotiation skills, a passion for technology sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services. Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage leads and track sales activities. Engage in B2B sales by identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients through excellent customer service and follow-up communication. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Participate in telemarketing efforts to reach new markets and expand our customer base. Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and demonstrating features effectively. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system.

Experience

Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably in technology or B2B environments. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively. Background in customer service or business development is a plus. Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling is preferred but not mandatory.
