Our Fiber & Drying Line Services division is currently seeking a Technical Inside Sales Representative to join ourLachine, QC office.



Responsibilities may include but are not necessarily limited to the following:

Work with suppliers to obtain quotations;

Prepare & Supply quotations for customer / sales staff as needed;

Review customer orders for completeness (update & adjust as needed), terms and conditions, and scope

Enter orders in SAP;

Coordinate with Purchasing and Sales to ensure customer orders are processed, expedited, and delivered in a timelymanner;

Work closely with Traffi c Coordinator to ensure accuracy of shipping requirements and on-time delivery of orders;

Coordinate with Accounting to invoice orders;

Develop and maintain records and reports as deemed necessary;

Perform all other duties as assigned

Work is primarily conducted in an offi ce and will be required to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, kneel, up to atleast 25 lbs. Position requires visual acuity, manual dexterity, good coordination, ability to endure extended work hourswhen required, and work safely and effi ciently at all times.



When selecting candidates, we will be looking for the following essential skills, abilities, and experience:



A minimum of 5 years experience working in mechanical/engineering environment or business background.

Profi cient with a PC (to include Microsoft Products; Excel, Word, knowledge of SAP is highly preferred, self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.

Candidate must continually meet the quality standards of ANDRITZ.

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and French is required. Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese anasset, Have the ability to learn and retain multiple skills & tasks.
