Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated

Inside Sales Representative / Booking Coordinator

to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers -- handling inbound calls, conducting virtual and in-home surveys, preparing quotes, and booking moves. Your goal is to convert inquiries into confirmed jobs while ensuring customers receive a professional, stress-free experience.

This is a

base salary + commission

role, offering stability plus strong earning potential for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls, emails, and online leads from potential customers. Conduct virtual and in-home surveys to assess moving needs. Prepare and present competitive, accurate quotes for both local and long-distance moves. Convert leads into confirmed bookings by following up and closing sales. Coordinate scheduling with dispatch and operations to ensure efficient service delivery. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up. Support daily operations with accurate documentation of all bookings and job details.

Qualifications

Previous sales or customer service experience required; moving industry experience is an asset but not necessary. Strong communication skills with a confident, professional, and friendly approach. Energetic, self-motivated, and driven to hit and exceed sales targets. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple leads and bookings. Comfortable with phone, email, and basic office software.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary + commission structure
