Scope:
The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in supporting the external sales team and ensuring seamless customer experiences. This position is responsible for managing inbound sales inquiries, processing customer orders, maintaining ongoing client relationships, and coordinating the portfolio of mobile phones and accessories. The role requires a highly motivated, customer-oriented professional who is comfortable with technology, excels at managing multiple priorities, and thrives in a dynamic, team-driven environment. Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal departments, the Inside Sales Representative will contribute to driving sales performance and delivering high-quality service.
