Learn more at and explore ourAs an Inside Sales Representative at Xerox, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, and driving sales. This role requires a results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for exceeding sales targets. This role requires a candidate who is bilingual, fluent in English and French.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation:

  • Research and identify potential customers through various channels.
  • Conduct outbound calls(from MQL generated campaigns) and emails to prospects to generate interest in our products/services.
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for further engagement by the sales team and vendor reps to create a 4-legged call.
Sales Presentations:
  • Deliver compelling product/service presentations to potential customers from aligned sales certifications and or accreditations.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.
  • Address customer questions and objections to facilitate the sales process.
Pipeline Management:
  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities.
  • Enter and Maintain Deal regs and renewals of Deal regs.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress, and challenges.
Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with prospects and existing customers.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Targets:
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets both individually and group from team.
  • Continuously identify and pursue new opportunities for revenue growth.
Sales Assistance:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and manage sales documents, proposals, and contracts.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing sales presentations, and customer quotes.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
  • Maintain service agreements and monitor and maintain hitting date targets for invoicing.
  • Support the sales team in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Order Processing:
  • Process and track sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Proactively handling open orders - any over net 30 must be identified and actively engaged in quickly moving order thru.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Customer Support:
  • Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to resolve customer issues or concerns.
Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with other internal departments, including finance, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate effectively with the sales team to share information and updates.
