We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting with order processing. If you have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and experience in the fastener or industrial supply industry, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers to generate sales. Provide product recommendations based on customer needs. Prepare and follow up on quotes, orders, and invoices. Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Work closely with the warehouse and shipping team to ensure timely order fulfillment. Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge.

Requirements:

Previous sales experience in the fasteners, industrial supply, or related industry preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adagio software is a plus.
