Inside Sales Representative
LOCATION:
Calgary - Alberta - Canada

Role
Responsibilities:
Manage offer preparation process and fulfilment feasibility including stock availability, review mill allocation, logistics, third party requirements, etc.
Initialize sales order in system and request third party services and purchase orders.
Creation and management of agreement and price list in system.
Participate in business model definition along with the sales team.
Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics departments on account follow-up.
Create ad-hoc reports and data analysis to drive business insight for process improvement, optimization, and compliance requirements.
Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration or Commerce
2+ years related experience in the energy industry
Downstream or midstream knowledge an asset
Strong analytical and Excel skills to produce reports for forecasting and trends required
Power BI knowledge and/or experience is preferred
SAP experience would be considered an asset
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
