Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be lead generation, including cold calling prospective clients. You will play a crucial role in our sales department, helping to drive growth and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through cold calling and other outreach methods. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic plans. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives. Provide excellent customer service to potential and existing clients.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation processes. Passion for renewable energy is a plus. The successful candidate will be driven, passionate, motivated and a self-starter.
