Inside Sales Professional - Food Packaging.

This position reports directly to our National Sales Manager - Food Packaging. As an Inside Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers primarily by phone to increase sales of our organization's products. You will provide sales and customer service support to customers over the phone and may conduct field visits as necessary. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is sales driven, is passionate about selling, and really wants to be a part of a growing organization.

This full-time in office 5 days per week role offers a competitive base salary and a variable compensation plan.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive customer excellence by proactively managing the accounts and developing strong customer relationships

Actively engaging customers regarding opportunities for overall service improvement

Responsible for bringing new qualified business to WPInnova

Entering sample requests and managing all returns & claims

Collaborating with customer service reps on best practices and process improvements

Working with sales leadership to support corporate sales goals

Establishing key metrics with appropriate measurements

Participate on cross functional team projects

Coordinating with internal departments to resolve customer issues/questions/concerns

Maintain and update customer records in CRM

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years corporate sales & customer service experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills

Ability to think both strategically and tactically

Proven ability to work with teams across an organization

Excellent multi-tasking skills

Must be detail oriented

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Ability to learn new systems

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
