We're now looking for an

Inside Sales / Order Processing Specialist

who thrives in a busy, team-driven environment and takes pride in getting details right.

What You'll Do

Handle incoming requests for quotes, orders, and customer inquiries. Generate and send quotes, convert them into orders, and ensure details (sizes, grades, fittings, slings, etc.) are correct. Process invoices and payments for customers picking up orders, assisting the admin team as needed. Coordinate with the shop, production, and delivery teams to make sure every order is moving and going out on time. Answer phones and emails, take orders, and provide excellent customer support. Problem-solve rigging issues with customers and help the sales team find the right gear or build solution. Track order progress, update customers, and keep internal systems organized. Maintain records, ensure jobs are logged properly, and assist with day-to-day admin and sales flow.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of

experience (industrial, rigging, or construction background preferred). Strong communication and people skills -- you'll be talking with customers, shop staff, and delivery drivers daily. Ability to read and understand basic rigging details (chain sizes, wire rope specs, WLLs, etc.) or willingness to learn. Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented -- you take pride in getting it right the first time. Self-starter who can manage multiple jobs and stay calm when it's busy. Comfortable using computers (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, quoting systems). Able to work from our Aldergrove shop/office location full time.

Salary & Benefits

Hourly rate:

$25-$30/hour
