MPI Morheat Inc. is looking for a bright, organized individual that is sales driven. Salary: Starting at $24.00/hour plus monthly bonus. Ability to commute/relocate: ETOBICOKE, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required). Qualifications and Experience

• Education: University/College/CEGEP/Post Secondary.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing setting.
• Previous customer service experience a plus.
• Must have experience with MS Office and proficient with typing and emailing.
• Must have a sense of urgency and ability to multi-task and manage more than one project at a time.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Problem solving skills are essential.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Team Player - excellent interpersonal skills and positive personality.
• Ability to work independently.
• High attention to detail.
• Mechanical engineering/mechanical technology/technician not required but an asset.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels, including direct customer and online customers.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Prepare quotes, enter and manage orders.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Sales engineers to meet project deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Take customer sales orders, update customer sales orders, update customers on order status and coordinate deliveries.
• Promote existing and new products.
• Assess client\'s needs and resources and recommend the appropriate goods or services.
• Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
• Resolve product and service-related problems.
• Troubleshoot technical problems related to equipment.
