AppleOne is recruiting for a Bilingual CSR/Inside sales rep for a client in Hamilton Ontario!

Job Responsibilities:

Upsell customers to compatible products.
Facilitate information to customers like product ETA\'s, warranty requests, quotations and product applications.
Properly file documents, updates, and product information
Coordinate tradeshows, education seminars and other marketing efforts

Required:

Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
Customer-Focused: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Experience: Prior experience in order entry, customer service, or a related role
