Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.
As an Inside Sales Manager you will play a role in the development of your sales representatives in their careers through targeted sales coaching. You will collaborate closely with your peers to directly impact the growth of our overall business. Your responsibilities are to:
Implement individual coaching plans for each team member to support in achieving set KPIs and operational excellence
Coach your team to develop their consultative sales skills
Conduct 1:1 and team sales meetings on a regular cadence
Generate and analyze weekly reports to understand how team performance impacts sales targets
Report on sales activity and forecasting to senior management and the client
Implement sales motions based on identified growth areas and tailwinds of your team
Identify process improvement opportunities to gain experience your team\xe2\x80\x99s operations towards business goals
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years sales experience
Minimum of 2 years sales team lead/sales manager experience
Minimum of 1 year working with data analytics tools such as Salesforce, Tableau or Google Suite
Minimum of 1 year working in Toronto, Canada
Preferred Qualifications:
Business development or customer success experience
Experience with CRM systems and prospecting tools
Digital marketing and/or Ads sales experience
Strong engagement and communication skills when collaborating with multiple stakeholders
History of building a dedicated team culture of collaboration, initiative, and continuous improvement
This role follows a hybrid model and is based in Mississauga.
