Team Multani is looking for outgoing, energetic & self-motivated people to fill our Inside Sales Agent positions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast moving sales environment and is happy speaking to prospects through the majority of the day. Applicant will have opportunity to learn to do business in real-estate industry .
Responsibilities
- Primary duties include following up on and nurturing qualified leads using easy to follow up script (NO cold calls).
- This position is database conversion / appointment setting / relationship building.
- Use CRM to Input/Manage client & lead databases.
- An active listener that offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients.
- French not required
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Georgetown, ON L7G 4J8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- Secondary School (preferred)
