Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
Promote the mission and Core Values of the organization both internally and externally.
Manage projects and estimation to support the organization's strategic revenue growth plan and long-term goals.
Collaborate on business issue analysis: markets, competition, customer needs, opportunities.
Develop and execute strategies in collaboration with outside sales, aimed at growing target industries related to geography, market segment, product line or account.
Lead a multi-site internal project & account management team in managing key accounts and promote a culture focused on customer satisfaction and experience.
Streamline sales processes and create clear documentation to ensure consistency, efficiency, and team alignment
Support outside sales in generating revenue through sales leads and building relationships with existing and potential customers
Negotiate, calculate, and prepare client quotations and information packages and track bid and quote progress
Participate in the establishment of contractual terms and conditions in support of the sales team
Oversee Order entry, including Bills of Material and Routing information and support the team in analyzing plans, quotes, and orders to ensure timely production
Plan project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using the appropriate software tools and methods
Coordinate marketing and promotional efforts, including trade shows, exhibits, and conduct presentations
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the department's performance to support decision-making and continuous improvement
Provide leadership and manage the team through effective communications, coaching, performance management, training, and development
Collaborate with various departments and provide support as required to achieve client and organizational deliverables
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
University degree or College Diploma with equivalent experience
Extensive knowledge and experience in business development, customer relationship and strategic account management, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial environment
Valid passport and ability to travel within Canada and to the US
Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills
Passionate, self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands and concurrent projects
Working knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
Eligibility for security clearance including a clean criminal record check
