Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the inside sales team Track and analyze individual and team performance metrics Deliver hands-on coaching and real-time feedback Assist in tracking payroll and commission-related reporting for sales team members Work with leadership to enhance training and development strategies Foster a positive and motivating work culture Set the tone by occasionally joining sales calls or demos Promote professionalism, timeliness, and accountability
What You'll Need

At least 1-2 years in a sales management or team leadership role Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Strong ability to mentor and guide team members Solid organizational and time-management skills Fluent in English, with strong communication skills Comfortable with technology and CRM tools Ability to excel in a competitive, high-energy setting

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience + Bonuses
