We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for new business opportunities
-Schedule appoints for Business development team and follow up with prospects and clients
- Identify key markets and potential clients to target
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Manage projects related to business development initiatives
Experience
- Proven experience in business development, inside sales, or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of market trends and industry insights
