Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, and providing excellent service while supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, while delivering prompt, courteous, and solution-focused support.
Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Assisting the sales team by following up on leads, providing accurate product and pricing information, and supporting the order process from start to finish
Processing customer orders, confirming product availability, updating clients on delivery timelines, and ensuring all data is accurately entered into the sales system.
Maintaining a strong understanding of the company's products and services to confidently guide customers in selecting the best solutions for their needs.
Qualifications
Proven experience in
inside sales or customer service
, ideally within a
B2B environment
.
Familiarity with at least one of our market segments:
Industrial MRO, Safety, Fasteners, Bearings, or Power Transmission
.
Strong
verbal and written communication skills
, with the ability to engage professionally with customers and internal teams.
Comfortable using
Microsoft Office Suite
(Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent
problem-solving skills
and keen attention to the detail.
Ability to
collaborate across departments
, especially with sales and operations teams.
