Job Description

Join Macdonald's Home Health Care (MHHC) as our next Inside Sales Consultant to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and health care professionals, playing a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. This role involves handling client communications, supporting inside sales activities, and acting as a key communicator between departments.




Your Impact / Responsibilities:





Provide assistance to walk-in clients regarding purchases or rentals, including detailed explanations and equipment demonstrations. Ensure the showroom is organized and well-maintained. Manage inside sales and rental inquiries using company software. Respond promptly to incoming calls related to customer service, inside sales, and rental inquiries. Address and appropriately redirect client questions via phone, voicemail, in-person interactions, and email. Prepare purchase and rental quotes and invoices for clients both in person and over the phone. Submit service requests as necessary. Process payments and issue refunds as required Participate in departmental projects, such as process reviews and updating key showroom information. Provide training and support to new team members as needed. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.



What you Bring / Required Qualifications:





Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, computer software, and internet proficiency. Excellent verbal and written communication Extremely organized and detail orientated Ability to handle multiple sources of information and maintain communication with all departments Previous experience working in a retail or customer service environment desirable but not essential Previous experience working with healthcare billing or MSP is desirable but not essential.
