We are currently hiring an Inside Sales Associate at our Grand Falls-Windsor, NL location. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service when assisting customers, both in-person and on the phone, answering their questions and helping them find merchandise to complete their project
- Complete sales transactions using registers, scanners and credit card/debit card terminals
- Prepare estimates/quotations in a timely manner
- Continually learn and expand knowledge of products offered
- Create and replenish product displays
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and managers
- Has outstanding customer service skills and a professional attitude
- Has excellent communication skills
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Works well as part of a team
- Is willing to learn and use computers
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Grand Falls-Windsor, NL A2A 2P8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
