JOB PURPOSE

The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible in developing effective customer relations with Eye Care Professionals. Working with the Territory Account Managers, the Inside Sales Associate will strive to elevate the customer experience and surpass our customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and expectations. The Inside Sales Associate will also drive market penetration and profitability through telesales for a set of targeted accounts while achieving sales and profit forecasts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Represent Labtician Th\xc3\xa9a & drive partnerships with customers
  • Be an enthusiastic ambassador of Labtician Th\xc3\xa9a\xe2\x80\x99s products and maximize the breadth and depth of product usage at targeted clinics.
  • Build and/or maintain outstanding relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists and their staff as well as targeted key accounts
  • Process incoming orders and ensure customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs are fully met and exceeded
  • Execute the Labtician Th\xc3\xa9a marketing strategy
  • Proactively identify opportunities or threat in competitive landscape, health care, delivery systems and reimbursement environment and collaborate with appropriate cross-functional partners to implement strategies and tactics to address
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close the sale
  • Build and maintain accurate CRM database
  • Running account analysis to attach customer metrics to website
  • Achieve call frequency targets and other assigned key performance indicators
  • Achieve top-line, market share and bottom-line targets for the brands assigned
  • Collaborate with the team
  • Identify and raise to management internal roadblocks to success
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Build and maintain product expertise
  • Maintain product expertise for all promoted products
  • Maintain strong external network to understand competitive landscape
  • Set the example
  • Demonstrate the highest level of integrity and competence serving as an example to the organization

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Achieved Post-Secondary Education
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication
  • Exhibits a strong level of curiosity, innovative thinking and an empowered nature
  • Exhibits a high level of enthusiasm for the business
  • Exceptional MS Office skills including an understanding of Excel pivot tables and advanced formulas
  • Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a customer service or telesales B2B account management environment, ideally in a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
  • Exhibits resilience and professionalism when dealing with difficult clients
  • Possesses good knowledge of CRM systems
