a rapidly growing manufacturer of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration components is currently looking for an

Inside Sales and Application Engineering Representative.

Must be a College or University Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Technology. Equivalent HVAC & Refrigeration experience will also be considered.

The Inside Sales and Application Engineering Representative provides technical support to our sales team in servicing our customers to provide quality, on time delivery of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration equipment used in the Industrial, Process, HVAC and Refrigeration industry.

Skills /Qualifications:

Critical thinking and detail oriented for technical processes and pricing Must be able to communicate clearly & concisely with our customer base Demonstrates ability to learn customized software, for example, Product Selection Interfaces Customer Service Oriented Background knowledge and experience with Heat Transfer, HVAC and refrigeration Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Outlook and Word Ability to work independently and assume responsibility for managing assigned tasks and projects Ability to work under tight time restrictions and meet deadlines Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Experience with AutoCAD or similar 2D drafting Must be

fluent

in written & spoken English.

Your Role Would Entail:

Interacting with the outside and inside sales team on a regular basis Understanding the needs and expectations of the customers and provides technical support Working with the customers on the selection of coils, fluid coolers and condensers as per their requirements Assisting the customer and the outside sales team with issues regarding warranty, delivery, quality etc. Creating, reading, and comprehending 3D & 2D models and drawings Performing other duties that may be reasonably requested

Working Conditions and Physical Effort:

May require handling of objects that can weigh up to 50lbs This position requires the employee to sit working on a computer for long periods of time and walking back and forth within the office and the plant.
