We're looking for a driven, organized, and results-oriented Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our high-performance real estate team in the Durham Region.
This is a full-time, in-office position (35 hours/week) for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence, and takes pride in achieving measurable results.
About the Role
You'll be the first point of contact for many of our leads -- managing both inbound and outbound calls, qualifying prospects, following up consistently, and booking appointments for our sales team.
You'll play a key role in converting new opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up.
This position is ideal for someone who's hungry for growth and eager to take ownership of a department that will continue to expand over time.
Compensation
Base Salary: $52,000 per year
Bonuses and performance incentives based on results

Key Responsibilities
Handle both inbound and outbound calls with confidence and professionalism
Qualify and convert buyer and seller leads into appointments
Consistently follow up with leads to maintain engagement and build trust
Manage CRM records and track daily performance metrics
Follow structured scripts and objection-handling techniques
Support the sales team by ensuring leads are ready and well-prepared for appointments
