As an
Inside Sales Agent (ISA)
, you'll play a key role in our client outreach -- generating leads, building relationships, and scheduling appointments for our expert agents.
What You'll Do
? Make outbound calls to potential clients and convert leads into real opportunities
? Schedule appointments for our real estate specialists
? Connect with clients from multiple sources, including:
Expired listings and FSBOs
Buyer leads and referrals
Past clients and network contacts
? Keep our CRM system organized and up to date
? Follow up with leads
? Participate in weekly role-play and script practice sessions to sharpen your skills
? Track your progress, achieve your goals, and celebrate your wins!
