Job Description
Kelly Services has partnered with a Real Estate firm that is looking to hire multiple Inside Sales Agent Representatives for a full-time, permanent opportunity. This firm focuses on Residential and Commercial real estate as well as pre-construction and land development. This position will be completed in office with their location being in the Mississauga area. This is a great opportunity to gain experience within the Real Estate industry!
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Prospect new clients
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Schedule client appointments with listing/buyer specialists
- Manage all leads within the database
- Gather client information
- Call prior clients to gather referrals
- Conduct lead follow-ups weekly
- Track weekly goals to measure lead conversion ratio
- Meet performance benchmarks
- Maintain contact database system
- Ad hoc duties as needed
- A minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service or call centre position/environment or other similar position
- Completion of a Post-secondary education in Business or another related program
- In pursuit of a Real Estate License would be consider an asset
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office suites
- Ability to work in metric/goals driven environment
- Strong relationship building skills
